We engaged Daphne and her team at Meter square for our 4 room BTO in Punggol Way after meeting with various IDs from other companies. We had a very good first impression of her. We are able to sit down comfortably discussing our ideas and details needs and she even further improve our ideas. We feel that she is very knowledgeable and experience in her job so we decided to choose her. During materials and color selection, she showed a great sense of understanding which made our job an easy one. She was patient despite many last min changes in material selection.
Renovation went rather smoothly despite hiccups every now and then, which in our opinion was part and parcel of building your own home. We appreciated the fact that she was there to help us resolved the problems quickly. Probably she can be improved by updating us on project status regularly.
